Verify a certificate
Every testamur, record of results and statement of attainment issued by Career Calling Education (RTO 45459) carries a unique certificate number and a scannable barcode. Use this page to confirm that a document presented to you is genuine, and that it has not been revoked or replaced.
How verification works
The published register holds no readable personal information. Each record is sealed with a key derived from the certificate number and the holder's name, so a record can only be opened by someone already holding the document. Nothing is transmitted to us — the check runs entirely in your browser.
This service supports paragraph 10(d) of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator (Compliance Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations and Fit and Proper Person Requirements) Instrument 2025, which requires us to ensure students can access their certification documentation. The authoritative register required by paragraphs 10(a) and 10(b) is maintained by the RTO and retained for thirty years.
What each result means
- Verified — the document is on our register and remains valid.
- Revoked — the document was issued but has since been withdrawn. It should not be relied on.
- Replaced — a corrected or reissued document supersedes this one. Ask the holder for the current version.
- Not found — the number and name together do not match any record. Check for typing errors, then contact us.
A note on Unique Student Identifiers
A USI never appears on a certificate and is never held in this register. Clause 12(1)(a) of the Compliance Standards prohibits printing a student identifier on a VET qualification or statement of attainment. Any document bearing a USI did not come from us.
Report a suspected forgery
If a document appears to be issued in our name but cannot be verified here, please contact us at info@caqa.edu.au with a copy of the document. Misrepresenting a VET qualification is an offence under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011.
