Nadia bridges complex regulatory requirements and high-quality delivery across VET and higher education. With 13 years of leadership in secondary education and curriculum design, she translates ASQA and TEQSA standards into practical, student-centred quality systems and keeps continuous improvement at the heart of every program.

CAQA's language, literacy, numeracy and digital literacy (LLND) expert and former General Manager, Anna brings more than 35 years of cross-industry leadership across VET, early childhood, allied health, hospitality and retail. She develops the LLND kits and pre-enrolment review tools that underpin our student suitability process, and her deep experience in quality management systems, ASQA audits and the Standards for RTOs 2025 continues to shape CAQA's compliance frameworks.

Rishabh leads CAQA's compliance and administration team across the full compliance lifecycle: gap analysis, internal audit coordination, policy and procedure development, Training and Assessment Strategy review, trainer credentialling advice and ASQA/TEQSA audit readiness, plus quality assurance of an industry-leading resource library.

The national face of CAQA's partnerships, Stuart builds and manages relationships with registered training organisations, TAFEs, universities and government agencies nationwide, bringing three decades of senior customer and operations leadership across utilities, hospitality, retail and real estate.

An AHPRA-endorsed Nurse Practitioner and clinician educator, Raj combines specialist intensive care practice at Northern Health with eight years of continuous nursing lecturing at RMIT University, bringing frontline clinical authority to curriculum design, assessment and clinical governance.
